We provide an independent external loan review to help the community banker comply with bank regulatory requirements for loan quality reviews.  The loan review consist of analyzing your loan portfolio for loan quality and proper documentation.  The review analyzes the adequacy of the Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses.  We will provide constructive comments to help you manage loan quality, loan documentation, watch list administration, and underwriting standards. 

We also conduct due diligence reviews for investors purchasing a community bank.
