performs constructive Internet auditing services for the Board of Directors of federally insured
deposit institutions to help the directors meet its regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities. We
were the first company to provide loan reviews in 1980 and Internet auditing
services to exclusively to community banks and credit unions in the 1990's.
Since
we are professional auditors, we do not sell computer software or hardware. Our mission is to assist your
Board of Directors to ensure a safe and sound Internet operation.
Our FFIEC/GLBA IT auditing services include web site
audits, vulnerability/penetration testing, and IT security audits. Our family of clients range in size
from $25 million to over $13 billion in assets. Mr. Williams brings
you the examiner's perspective regarding the Internet and IT security.
In addition, we perform security-technology (IT)
bank regulatory FFIEC audits for
financial institutions.
Depending upon the institution's size, the IT audit will take about one or
two weeks at the financial institution.
Yennik, Inc. is a wholly owned company of its President, R. Kinney Williams.
His banking experience of over 50 years includes more than 21 years as
a bank examiner for the states of Missouri and Texas. Company

Williams is accredited by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association
(ISACA) as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM),
Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT
(CGEIT), and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control
(CRISC), as well as a
Certified Financial Examiner (CFE) by the Society of Financial Examiners
(SOFE).

In 1980, Yennik, Inc. began business in Kansas City,
Missouri. In 1989, Mr.
Williams moved to Lubbock, Texas, to assist the state of Texas with the
banking problems as Regional Director in West Texas.
After the banking problems were resolved, he returned to private
auditing to specialize in Internet security issues facing the financial
institutions. |
